Stay Healthy with Colon Cleansing

To say that I was an article on health nut would be an understatement but today I try not read anything health related at all. My friends thought I had become a health and fitness nut and I suppose I had. You see, staying fit and healthy after being as grossly overweight as I was is understandable but if you are not careful you exchange one obsession with another.

You should have seen the pile of magazines I had with articles on health in them from new diets to supplements that claim to make you live longer. colon cleansing gives u more energy, much better regularity (as blockages are removed), better absorbtion of food and supplements, a stronger immune system (enhanced resistance to disease), and possibly, weight loss. When you find that writers of articles on health alter the results of the information they give each time an article is written it is not surprising people end up getting angry and ignoring them. What are people supposed to believe when it’s the scientists that contradict each other all the time as if it’s their job to confuse us all on purpose. They just don’t realise that most of us just want to stay fit, healthy and live as long as possible and to do this we need their help, not hindrance.

The problem on the perfect lifestyle was worse for me because I just kept reading the contradictions. Until recently, alcohol was thought of as bad for you, as were chocolate, and coffee. It makes you wonder which way to turn because all these things which we have always enjoyed and have been told are bad for us are now, surprise, surprise, good for us as long as we don’t overdo them. What can you say because you know that soon they will be telling us that cheesecake and full fat dairy ice cream are good for you in reducing your cholesterol level.

Well it took some time but all these so called experts have managed to do is make people wary about what they are told and to be responsible for themselves. I can read all the articles on health by experts that I want, but none of them will really tell me how to live. At the very best, articles on health can give me some health tips that will help me figure out how to exercise, and how to eat right, but the rest is just me listening to my body. Living a healthier life and being happier is what is really important to me so with a bit of luck I should be able to achieve this mostly on my own with very little help form experts.
